The Rikiman is an industrial strength clamping tool that reduces time and labor costs in building scaffolding for
construction sites. It is created by ADI processing strength for use in major building projects. Key advantages of the using the Rikiman to build a
scaffolding compared to utilizing conventional bolts and welding are as follows: Assembly takes 3/5 of the time, dismantling time is cut in half, the
material is stronger, lighter and reusable, it can be used in water and in fire and the Rikiman is fitted quickly and easily with the use of a toque wrench.
This torque wrench is easy to use therefore; any unskilled worker can learn to
handle it quickly. Speed in building temporary structures in the wake of a
disaster and emergency is key and we believe the use of the Rikiman is an
efficient and secure means of doing so. Currently, there is nothing on the
market that can replace the Riukiman clamping tool so it is a unique and one of
a kind product.
G type

Gtype
This clamp is designed to seize two piled plates and hold them in place.
Also, G type is the most used type in Rikiman series. There are four types
of G type: G1, G2, G3 and G4

P type
P type
This is a clamp with a design that allows it to be used as a flat plate
against beams. P type seizes the beams and works as a provider for additional
support area for handling steel plates. This is how P type is commonly
used. Clip width is 27mm.

X type

X type
X type’s dual clamp design allows it to seize beams
and other plates which are at different angles, with a single clamp. This type
is especially convenient when attaching an angled beam that joins to a straight
plate. Grip maximum width is 25mm on one end and 26mm on the second one. |
-
Tightening torque is 30000 N-cm.
-
Making
sure that Rikiman seizes plates correctly and firmly, is important; as well as
to remember the torques’ ends must not be set on the edge of plates for safety measures.
-
Do not weld or apply excessive heat directly or too close to any Rikiman
piece in use.
-
Do not use machinery that vibrates strongly anywhere near a Rikiman piece
in use.
-
Please read the procedure manual on how to use any Rikiman pieces before
using.
